64bit excel 2016 glitches - Microsoft Community

has experience glitches in navigating within excel?  there seems constant flash of screen , when try use mouse perform functions or access menus, drop down disappear before can click command.  becoming frustrating working on spreadsheets.

just guess if using dropbox desktop application, try disabling , see if clears problem.
