Office (NOT 365) Expiration - Microsoft Community

hi, 

we have office 2010 on windows dell , getting message our subscription has expired. i'm still able use excel, word, etc., receiving same message on each program. there never warning message - expiration. 

to reiterate title, not office 365, , don't believe we've ever paid subscription. same version of office running fine on our identical machines. 

i under impression office programs should not expire once purchased. how can resolve issue? error, or need purchase new key/subscription? if left unresolved, how long have until won't able access office?

any appreciated.
