Office apps for Android do not work with recent update - Microsoft Community

i have moto z play android 7.1.1 , build number ndns26.118-23-4. have recent version (oct 16, 2017) of following office apps , none of them work.

onenote

excel

word

the apps open , close again. i've tried uninstalling, clearing cache, reinstalling, , joining beta program new version. ideas?

we know more concern regarding office applications on device. kindly answer questions below:

  • when did issue start?
  • are receiving error messages?
  • have tried updating software of device?
