why can no longer delete rows or columns within group of merged cells?

hi bruce,

 

to move forward, please provide following information?

1. screenshot of group of merged cells.

2. screenshot of rows , columns can’t delete.

3. right click on 1 row, , capture screenshot of window.

4. detailed steps , related screenshots how encounter issue.

5. office version. please click file > account > product information, , capture screenshot of product information below.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
