problem excel drop-down boxes not working after being set-up?  rather "new" development.

hi robert,

there may settings not configured upon set of excel on computer. ensure issue addressed, we’d ask few questions:

  • which drop-down boxes pertaining in excel?
  • could provide screenshot have better overview of concern? please remove personal information might be included in screenshot.
  • have installed office update or windows update on computer? if haven’t done yet, open excel > file > account > update options > update now. windows update, follow instructions provided on article.

we’ll keep eye out response.
