has else purchased book microsoft store app? purchased book, , not load/fully download. sits idling in microsoft edge book reading tab. i've refunded , contacted microsoft this. repurchased , doing same thing again.

help? suggestions? should refund , not ever book again via microsoft store app? there i'm missing?
