The Calendar on my Windows Phone (Lumia 950 XL) doesn't - Microsoft Community

i noticed whenever set new appointment on phone syncs office outlook calendar on desktop , surface pro 4 in wrong time zone.

for example, i'm in eastern time zone. if use phone create new appointment 9am eastern time, july 15, 2017, appears on desktop , surface pro 4 6am pacific time, july 15, 2017. however, if create appointment on pc, surface pro 4 or outlook web app, time syncs correctly.

i have lumia 950 xl running build 15228.0. pc , surface pro 4 running os build 15063.483, , have latest version of office 365. windows update run weekly , devices date. have checked of settings on both devices , correct. includes time zone in office outlook calendar, region, language, , time zones on devices. daylight saving setting on devices correct too. in addition, i've spoken with  tech support @ microsoft 365, isp services exchange account, t-mobile. recommendations check settings. obvious , first thing did. checked , rechecked.

has else had issue? there fix?

there several possible reasons why new appointments created on phone show different timezone when sync computer , surface pro 4. caused pending updates need installed or account settings. resolve concern, kindly answer questions below:

• just confirm, using outlook app on phone or 3rd party app?
• if using outlook app, confirm if have attempted reset account?
• have attempted remove , add account in?
