OneNote 2016 Desktop Fast Insider 1708 - but still old design - Microsoft Community

i on fast ring , run onenote 2016 1708 (desktop version, build 8405.1000).  interestingly still runs on old design (section on top, not on right), while ga version has new design.  odd fast ring version looks older ga version....  maybe there way manually turn on new design?
