" q: happens if buy or renew multiple office 365 subscriptions using same microsoft account?
a: microsoft account can have 1 subscription associated it. if use same microsoft account buy or renew multiple office 365 subscriptions before each 1 has expired, you add cumulative time subscription, maximum of 5 years. note doing not increase number of devices can install office on or increase amount of online storage available subscription. "
however last year managed add 5 years , 2 months on account.
my account @ 4 years 2 months, , friend gave me 2 years subscription cards codes on...
    __________
  questions:
    1) have under 5 years (4y2m of subscription time left) can add 1 (or both?) of these code cards extend subscription further (to 5y2m or 6y2m)?
    2) if not, , try use 1 of subscription code cards, code made dead, regardless of adding time?
if can answer 1 or both of these q's, i'd grateful. :-|
