Missing Favorites issue unresolved - Microsoft Community

i read lot of posts issue doesn't help.  don't care click on, favorite list on 2 in 1 device gone.  thank goodness can still see list on laptop.  how incorporate them laptop other device?  apparently not doing correctly.  help.  donna

moved from: windows  / windows 10 / files, folders, & storage

do sign-in ms account (on both devices) or local account. 

if use edge (and ms account) check in settings , more (3 dots, top right hand corner) , see if setting sync favourites etc. on. , check device sync settings on both devices.

did 2 in 1 come windows 10 pre-installed or did upgrade previous os.

which browser use.



Microsoft Edge / All other issues / Windows 10
