Internet Explorer 11 in windows 10 cannot be enabled in control - Microsoft Community

i wish enable internet explorer in windows 10 os.

after going control panel/programs , features/turn features on or off , ticking box next internet explorer 11, find box not stay ticked after clicking ok button.  and internet explorer not found on system after restarting system. after being unsuccessful i went , ticked box again clicked ok button reopened box find selection box un-ticked.

and suggestions on how can reinstall internet explorer 11 on windows 10 system?
