Cannot install Skype for Business - Conflict between 32b and 64b - Microsoft Community

hello, hope can on this.

we installed office 2013 home , business on customer's pc default install office.com/setup

we checked , excel shows 32b version installed.

we tried install skype business basic 32b , following error 64b being installed :

so tried installed 64b instead , :

we deleted ms office directory in program files containing 2 files leave 1 in program files (x86) containing whole office 2016. no luck still error 64b installed...

any hint @ happening here, customer (ceo of client) quite pushy...

this not office 365 business install, install customer has own sfb server.

since issue related installation conflicts office home , business, move thread office>install, upgrade , activation>windows 10>office 365 home category proper assistance.
