i have same problem (happened today) including visio (also disabled "basic" level onedrive enabled on jic, though hadn't caused me issues).  however, problem has not tuned/corrected seemed have original poster.  can please me resolve issue?  impacting ability perform business.

after connected, used combination of discussed in article , vilhelmnielsen recommended to reset user-level storage 1tb.  paused , unpaused onedrive, , no longer says have 2gb quota.



Office / OneDrive for Business / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business
