may screenshot "charged twice office 365 renewal" further assistance? can go to: office portal admin account > admin > in admin center, click billing > click bills, , capture screenshot "charged twice".

 

also, please provide detailed tenant information , related credit card external information check on our side. after checking, we'll involve our related team resolve charge issue.

 

for privacy concern, have sent private message collect them. can open community profile , click view private message access it.
