Excel for Mac - PivotTable Builder - occupies full screen - not in - Microsoft Community

in pivot table in excel mac, pivottable builder occupies full screen. not able see output, actual table, unless close pivottable builder screen.

i have pivottable builder way of  pivottableanalyze , field list. how can pivottable builder within same worksheet pivot table?

i versed pivottable in windows excel, new mac.

from jim's reminder, notice default location of pivottable builder changes in panel docked on right side of worksheet window in insider fast version of excel 2016 mac (version build 16.7 171020). can wait future release obtain new feature.

 

if you'd feature now, can open excel , go to help->check updates, check box join office insider program access new releases , select office insider fast, check updates.

 

note:

1. office insider fast best insiders want use earliest preview builds, released more frequently, identify issues, provide feedback make office great, , don’t mind bit of risk using unsupported builds. choosing fast level, agree program’s terms, supersede agreement microsoft use office.

2. if encounter issues when using insider fast version of office, feel free start new thread under office->office insider->mac category, specific category handles office insider related issues , queries.
