Powershell Crashes Immediately After Launching - Microsoft Community

this problem seems have started when installed insider preview. cannot launch powershell or powershell ise admin.

repair attempts thusfar

i have run sfc & made quite few repairs, still no change in powershell. ran dism /scanhealth & /restorehealth. returned:

any appreciated!

can clean install build 16257? there scripts make iso use downloaded , processed windows update files source. or create recovery drive usb stick. iso, try in-place repair running setup.exe, if "upgrading" same build have.

i haven't seen issue powershell. see feature can uninstalled. maybe uninstalling , reinstalling work:
