i installed office 365 , edge stopped working. flashes , dies.

hi sheila,

edge may stop functioning due several factors. 1 of these due system file corruption, such incomplete files , incorrect product installation. determine what's causing this, provide more information answering these questions:

  • did issue happen right after installing office 365?
  • is concern confined 1 browser only?
  • which windows operating system using?
  • aside installing office 365, have made recent changes device prior happening?
  • are there 3rd party applications or programs installed on computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have taken far?

let know these details can move forward resolving concern.
