App Store not open (Lumia 640xl) - Microsoft Community

i have lumia 640xl lte phone windows 10 os. cant open store showing attached message 

somthin bad happend, unknow layout specified in manifest


[moved  windows / windows 10 / store / phone]

hard reset fix problem.
