hi,

we have returned living abroad number of years, have bought new pc, windows 10 os. have found our old office discs, , key, disc wont begin install. genuine disc, bought myself many years ago, when tried download, microsoft says product key not valid.

although don't have receipt (they used blackboards then), surely shouldn't have buy again ? not have lost it, or broken it, discs , packaging still in perfect condition...  :o)

office 2003 doesn't run on windows 10:-
