How do I freeze multiple rows and columns at the same time? - Microsoft Community

i freeze first 4 rows , first 4 columns in excel sheet, can see data easily, can freeze either multiple rows or multiple columns @ time or freeze both first row , column. 

can me out? 

i think might have wrong office installation.

as can see in following screen snippets, able freeze panes multiple rows , columns. first snippet apply freeze panes , second snippet can see lines panes frozen.
