I am trying to download Office and Word onto a new computer - Microsoft Community

after old computer stopped working i'm trying download office , word onto new computer. pay monthly subscription microsoft office

i understand have installed office 365 on pc, crashed , want install office 365 again on new pc?

if correct depends on office version if possible. either have office 365 home or office 365 personal. if have office 365 home, can install on new pc since can installed on 5 devices simultaneously. if have office 365 personal, can installed on 1 device @ given time.

you can follow link below if have office 365 home , want install on new pc:

download , install or reinstall office 365 or office 2016 on pc or mac

if have personal, have remove 1 pc in order install again on one. however, since pc crashed, might not option you. in case want advise contact our answer desk can give more information on do:

office setup -> can choose "call  me back" option or chat, whichever prefer.

if somehow still able access pc, advise try , remove office old pc. can use steps following link that:

uninstall office pc

then can use first link again install office on new pc again.
