Windows 10 Apps can't recognise that I am connected to the - Microsoft Community

hi. after last update windows apps microsoft edge, cortana, 1 drive etc can't recognise connected internet. if use google chrome or steam or other apps need internet connection work. went network & internet status , says "you're connected internet".  ideas supposed fix this ?

this issue windows apps can caused proxy server , corrupted windows store cache.

as initial troubleshooting, recommend running troubleshooter windows apps , see if issue persist.

if issue continue, try resetting windows store cache following steps below:

  1. press windows key + r open run dialog box.
  2. type wsreset.exe , press enter.
  3. a command window open , automatically close once store cache has been reset.

update outcome can provide further assistance.
