i want active office in microsoft word why microsoft can't accept account ? how activated microsoft  word , others ?

to clarify situation, i’d confirm following details:

1. where download office? if download office portal, need activate office same account login portal.
2. we need use microsoft account licensed product activate office, domain name (like onmicrosoft.com) of account?
3. please provide screenshot of prompted activation wizard when try activate word.

moreover, can refer activate office 365, office 2016, or office 2013 more information.
