Popup in the site not working - Microsoft Community

created site in c#. in have popup box displaying while click button in site. problem shows when use android phone, site hanged if use windows phone. can reason that?

plz make sure codes right plz talk microsoft virtual academy expert fix problem , see if code right or wrong
