OneDrive for business: We couldn't sync this library - This - Microsoft Community


hi,

we using ms teams @ our organisation , sync files stored within teams locally. can done using onedrive business error above.

i've checked if i'm using latest version of onedrive , picture below shows do:

it might because have data synced onedrive using corporate account.

is there way can assist me in getting issue solved?

first, suggest perform following steps enable sync sharepoint library , onedrive business library new onedrive sync client.

1. navigate to control panel > programs > uninstall program > uninstall microsoft onedrive if there one.
2. use internet explorer openthis link, , perform steps in test sharepoint online sync windows part.
a. download , install latest onedrive sync client windows.
b. download , open teamsitesyncpreview.reg enable sharepoint document library sync.
c. restart sync client:

if issue persists, confirm following information:
1. screenshots of error messages.
2. screenshot of onedrive version using.
3. sharepoint libraries have same issue or ms teams? please try syncing sharepoint library check outcome.
