New Product key appears to be allocated to someone else - Microsoft Community

hi,

 

i spent on 1 , half hours last night supposedly 1 of technical staff trying install brand new version of office. have opened 365 box last night new product key can have 5 users hoping have installed on smartphone morning.

 

i had let them have access computer , telling me product key has been allocated user.

 

my wife still annoyed me support tech rang me twice , woke whole family after 23.00 here in sydney australia.

 

has laptop therefore been hacked ????

if didn't request code, can safely ignore email. else might have typed email address mistake.
