Is anyone else still waiting on Windows 10 S 16281 to upgrade to - Microsoft Community

windows 10 s build 16281 device still failing update , giving error 0x800b010c.  else out there waiting windows 10 s device update or me?  hyper-v vm hosted on dell xps 8500.  other insider vms, pro , home, on host have long ago updated ok.  know if 16288, windows 10 s version, has completed publishing?

3 testing system auto updated/upgraded new build without issues on 1st boot of each, waiting run update on 2nd boot of each one, systems 64bits.
