can't seem delete old ie can't start fresh.  any suggestions?  i don't see in add/remove programs.

it never shown there.  can use windows features find version have.  can use iexplore.exe  help, find update version have.  windows 7 has base version of 8 may have updates brought 11.  version showing in windows features?  version showing in iexplore.exe help, about?  depending on results may able find updates listed under updates windows allow uninstall current version of ie , go whatever version of ie had when update installed.  note however, uninstalling update result in other superseding updates of os uninstalled too.  don't want that.
