how resolved? why need subscription if paid office home , student , installed on computer.

i don't need 365, can off , use office home , student 2010?

if have office home , student installed on computer yes, should uninstall factory installed office 365 "free" trial.  correct, not need it.

go programs , features, uninstall 365 and office repair of home , student 2010. should ok.
