My OneNote will not synch even though I have space on my onedrive - Microsoft Community

i error oxe0000796 when try synch oonenote iphone. have office 365 , therefore 1 tb capacity on onedrive of have used 3 gb.

i have tried synch surface laptop tgis not work either.

thanks, have managed sort problem. turned out onenote files stored on alternative onedrive account 5gb storage. have deleted photos account , well. 

what confused me bit onenote app settings has both microsoft accounts listed , did not know files stored on 1 of them.
