i need - microsoft edge not working did everthing find - deleted in packages - reinstalled in power shell - none of worked me please.  * moved insider when mine not working after clean install of windows, found in settings - apps , used advanced link reset edge. after seemed fine. my microsoft edge has started open fails load home page. appears frezzes opens , unable enter anything, shuts down after approx. 16 secs.  op windows 10. so have had go using internet explorer. * moved moderator appropriate forum category. hi dave, corrupted web browser 1 of possible causes why microsoft edge not working properly. suggest clear browsing history , see if same issue persists. go it's default state. if same behavior occurs, kindly follow steps created rosieox on post . steps reset microsoft edge. note: permanently delete app's data. should have further questions, please let know. help!!!!! @ wits end microsoft edge crap - , inability use pdf forms. ok....so have seen discussions/complaints wrt inability "fill in" pdf forms in microsoft edge - - - - suggested "fix" of using internet explorer. have tried (several times) , each time try open pdf in internet explorer, form gets "redirected" (for lack of better word) edge.....and still cant open it. hi barry, one of reasons why having issues opening .pdf file in internet explorer because designed open web page. while, microsoft edge has capability of opening .pdf file. if want create or edit .pdf file, can use microsoft word 2016. should need further assistance, let know.
