this supposed happen 7 months ago--are still not able increase size of mailboxes?
i message when trying it:
the operation on mailbox "xxxxxxxx" failed because it's out of current user's write scope. value of

according error message, license doesn't allow user have size limit of 100gb. make sure detailed situation on side, please send following information further research:
1. please run following command current mailbox size limit , send screenshot of result:
get-mailbox *** email address removed privacy *** | fl
note: please capture part of
prohibitsendquota and
prohibitsendreceivequota.
2. email address of account.
protect privacy, have sent private message collect information.
