Still can't increase mailbox size to 100GB for E3 user - Microsoft Community

this supposed happen 7 months ago--are still not able increase size of mailboxes?

i message when trying it:

the operation on mailbox "xxxxxxxx" failed because it's out of current user's write scope. value of
properties 'issuewarningquota,prohibitsendquota,prohibitsendreceivequota' exceeds maximum allowed user
'xxxxxxxxxx' license 'bpos_s_standard'.

i'm using command:

 set-mailbox xxxxxxxxxx -prohibitsendquota 99gb -prohibitsendreceivequota 100gb -issuewarningquota 98gb

according error message, license doesn't allow user have size limit of 100gb. make sure detailed situation on side, please send following information further research:
1. please run following command current mailbox size limit , send screenshot of result:
get-mailbox  *** email address removed privacy *** | fl
note: please capture part of prohibitsendquota and prohibitsendreceivequota.
2. email address of account.
protect privacy, have sent private message collect information.
