workbook contains features that prevent it from using autosave excel - Microsoft Community

i searched internet, no avail. 

what features prevent it? xl ss nothing special, stop it?

autosave is available office 365 subscribers, works on files saved sharepoint online , onedrive only, and has saved in new excel file format.

does situation fit 3 of those?
