Stuck at Installation of MS office 365 - Microsoft Community

hello guys, trying install ms office 365 stuck on orange screen of message we're getting things ready. it's been 4-5 hrs long nothing happened. can please tell me in case?

how many percent did office installed 25%? 50%? 75%?


if don't know percent of it


@ bottom of screen lower right hand besides internet icon click arrow pointing , see show hidden icon click , see office logo click again , see whats percent of installation.


if reach @ least 60% suggest try open office apps word excel , power point if gonna able open restart computer , try open again

usually if reach percent office installed rest of percent update , next time gonna open office app after restart automatically updates.
