OneNote Error Code 0xE000004A - Microsoft Community

when try sync particular notebook on onenote, message says "we can't sync section because can't access the file. try changing file permissions or saving copy of section somewhere else."

the thing is, though, i do have access section. changes , updates it... think. know for a fact file shared me under read-only settings. a result, i cannot make copy of this section, paste somewhere else, , delete original, evidently corrupted section, because can't delete read-only. copying copy how , not able see future changes, , the error message still persist because corrupted copy still exist. i have tried can think of , on forums have make error go away, nothing has worked.

when @ details of error, says "we can't sync section because it's read-only or because access file denied. (error code: 0xe000004a)"
