Word ,Excel and Outlook not working properly getting error - Microsoft Community

split thread. hi, keep getting pop-up when try use microsoft word,excel , outlook. that says microsoft word wer'e sorry, word has run error preventing working correctly. word ,excel , outlook will need closed result. , and repair if hit repair close windows can u plz thanks

have tried running office apps in safe mode?
open run (windows key + r)
winword /safe

    -this open word in safe mode
excel /safe
    -this open excel in safe modeoutlook /safe
    -this open outlook in safe mode
if or of office apps can run in safe mode, may add-in issue. can check if have "abbyy finereader" installed?

run >appwiz.cpl

if yes, uninstall try reopen office apps normally.



Office / Office 365 for admins / Deploy Office 365 / Office 365 for business
