hello name zoe burczyk , applied university of la crosse , need contact university possible apparently need have office 365 account , have been trying set email on iphone , use exchange part of setup , asks me server , says account cant activated! online office 365 account when login using safari says there no notification check in 10 min otherwise contact support have no compose message! extremely confused! la crosse server

to avoid typing server information manually, suggested use outlook ios set office 365 account automatically.

if insist on setting office 365 account in default mail app on ios, please make sure email server settings correct via article below:

if issue persists, please provide screenshot of error message can't activated , notification when login using safari.
