trying set authentication mobile phone number or email....i verification code when enter it, error message:

oops! encountered unexpected error while saving data. please try again later.

have cleared out cache...tried different browsers...

been happening 3 days :(

hi northern,

 

from description, seems organization trying configure sign in office 365 2-step verification.

so troubleshoot issue, suggest follow steps below:

  1. make sure os on pc up-to-date.
  2. change network example home wifi see if same issue happens.
  3. change pc test.
  4. provide detailed screenshots log-in interface after typed password , process of verifying phone number or email address in clarifying environment? if can reproduce issue, please capture screenshot of step encountered issue.
  5. do others in organization encounter issue?
