Trying to hide unused columns and rows but when I scroll to select it - Microsoft Community

getting soooo frustrated. attempting hide unused columns , rows when scroll select them can hide them, keeps adding new ones...help!

based on screenshot, found have error message said “can’t push objects off sheet”. can try following steps check whether still have problem.

 

1. go file > options.

2. in advanced tab, under display options workbook, choose all in for objects, show:

here article reference: error message when try insert or hide rows or columns in excel: "cannot shift objects off sheet".
