failed login skype business on mac

- skype business v 16.8.196 

- macos sierra 10.12.5

got error

`there problem verifying certificate server. check device's clock ....`

i'm sure account , password correct. office 365 account. 

re-installed, no change.

but no idea how proceed , fix

- workaround: remove “mozilla/5.0” wiasupporteduseragents parameter in adfsproperties. essentially, need to: remove “mozilla/5.0” wiasupporteduseragents parameter in adfsproperties. essentially, need to: run get-adfsproperties | select wiasupporteduseragents , output. remove _only_ “mozilla/5.0” output. run set-adfsproperties -wiasupporteduseragents output step b.

post transferred skype mac forum skype business forum better assistance.

since skype business mac known issue article doesn’t mention error message, root cause may different. if want try workaround, need contact office 365 administrator , ask him if office 365 account deployed in exchange/skype business on premise environment.

 

according error message got, problem related certificate on mac. please contact administrator , check if certificate need sign skype business mac installed on mac.

 

meanwhile, please give following information further troubleshoot:

1. screenshot of error message.

2. issue occur in different network environment?

3. if possible, please log in office 365 account affected skype business client , check whether problem persists.

4. have ever encountered issue? when happen? after installed add-ins or applications?

split thread. hello bertel, kindly note that we have used hybrid configuration wizard (hcw) exchange 2013 office 365, , completed. this wizard created send/receive connectors, default didn't touch them , didn't edit configuration. the outbound send connector office 365 on premise server, forward emails our real ip. and on error mentioned ip: "reason: [{led=450 4.4.318 connection closed abruptly ‎(suspiciousremoteservererror)‎};{msg=};{fqdn=our fqdn};{ip=our real ip};{lrt=7/11/2017 2:47:21 pm}]. outboundproxytargetip: 205.177.180.161. outboundproxytargethostname: our fqdn" i guess traffic forwarded office 365 our firewalls refused here on our enviroment. my question is: rules or policies should applied on firewall sides ? opened 25 traffic no luck. please advise, thanks in advance, hassan al kak hi hassan, office 365 ip lists may changed , please have check, make
