i error repeatedly while having password contains uppercase letter, 6 digits, special character , 7 lowercase character. tells me validation "stuck" on refusing password change (which did not ask), no matter contains. else can do?

hello,

my admin deleted work account, , redirected azure's permissions office 365 account. hence, problem wasn't solved rather avoided, not investigate anymore since working.
